چکیده

Concentrated growth factors are extracted from platelet-rich plasma obtained healthy adult veins by physical gradient centrifugation, and the activated platelets release various cytokines, which can be further converted into concentrated liquid or gel preparations different centrifuge tubes. These widely used in clinical treatments fields, such as dentistry, dermatology surgery. In this article, platelet-poor six adults were pressed a membrane membrane. We examined whether 3D fibrin mesh within could bioscaffold for human Wharton’s jelly umbilical cord stem cell line HaCaT to attach, proliferate form epidermal-like tissue. also aimed implant cells on membrane, compare characteristics of similar tissues after 4 weeks vitro culture. The results showed that mesenchymal cells, implanted upper surface subsequent attachment proliferation. After ex vivo tissue culture, multi-layer formed containing factors. In-vitro Differentiation of Human Umbilical Cord Wharton’s Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cells to Insulin-Producing Cells

Background & Objective: Diabetes is a major chronic metabolic disease in the world. Islet transplantation is a way to treat diabetes. Unfortunately, this method is restricted due to graft rejection and lack of donor islets. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCS) have the ability to differentiate into Insulin-Producing Cells (IPCs). In this study, Human Umbilical Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HUMSCS) were in...

The effect of amniotic membrane extract on umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cell expansion: is there any need to save the amniotic membrane besides the umbilical cord blood?

Objective(s): Umbilical cord blood is a good source of the mesenchymal stem cells that can be banked, expanded and used in regenerative medicine.  The objective of this study was to test whether amniotic membrane extract, as a rich source of growth factors such as basic-fibroblast growth factor, can promote the proliferation potential of the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. Materials and ...

Umbilical Cord Lining Membrane and Wharton’s Jelly-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells: the Similarities and Differences

The umbilical cord tissue has gained attention in recent years as a source of multipotent cells. Due to its widespread availability, the umbilical cord may be an excellent alternative source of cells for regenerative medicine. Anatomically, umbilical cord tissue is constituted of several different parts, and, accordingly, immunostaining of cord tissue sections revealed differential distribution...
